This is in for a lost key, and these keys are impossible to find.

Update: So I'm drilling out the rivets. Found a NOS lock and key set online. Sand blasted the bottom inside and out. Painted the steel part that I sand blasted with a Rust Converter paint. Had new reverse water decal made (thanks to Ed my neighbor). Next is to find the rivets.
