This is in for a full overhaul. So far, does not look too bad, just a lot of old, dried, sticky grease.

Update: Conducted a comprehensive overhaul, including complete disassembly for parts cleaning. Reassembled components using new cotter pins and screws as necessary. Applied lubrication and greasing to designated areas. Performed functional testing, which revealed inconsistent payout accuracy—occasionally overpaying or failing to pay at all. The payout mechanism has been modified multiple times over the years, with welded sections that render it non-adjustable for proper payout calibration.
